Losi NASCAR Rules
Box Stock Class
Chassis:
- 1/12 Losi NASCAR
- No modifications to the chassis tub, nerf bars, bumpers or suspension area allowed. Nothing can be removed.
- AWD only.
- No weights may be added
Body
Allowed Bodies
- Losi NASCAR Chevrolet Camaro, Losi NASCAR Ford Mustang, Losi NASCAR Toyota Camry, Proline Thunderbird, Proline Lumina. No Truck bodies allowed.
- The bodies can either be factory painted/decaled or painted/wrapped in your own color scheme.
- The body must have numbers on the roof and both doors
Electronics
- Must run the stock motor. LOS-1907 28T 380 Brush Sized Motor
- Stock ESC/Radio. SPMXSE3125RX SLT RX / 25A BRUSHED ESC, IC2Battery
- Stock Battery. SPMX142S30H2 1400mAh 2S 7.4V Smart G2 30C LiPo; IC2 Connector
- Steering Servo. Due to a parts supply issue with the box stock Spectrum SPMSSX110 Servo and other similar servo’s starting to show low on stock, we are going to have an open Servo rule with a $90 cost cap. The servo must be able to be looked up by tech to ensure it is within that price range. The track reserves the right to claim a servo for $90.
- All electronics must remain in stock mounting location.
- Heat sinks are allowed.
Tires
- Only tires made by Losi specifically for these cars are allowed. Stock (medium) or soft compounds allowed.
- CA type glue may be applied to the sidewalls of the tires. Traction compound is allowed but must be applied outside the building and must be odorless. No wet tires allowed on track, must do burnout on burnout carpet pad before hitting track.
Suspension
- Stock, molded suspension arms and links
- Stock shocks. Oil can be changed. Stock springs only. Collars/ride height can be adjusted.
Transmission:
- ARA311177V2 Assembled Differential 30T 0.8Mod V2 (1pc):GROM
- Grease/fluid can be changed
Gearing/Driveline Rule
- All cars will be allowed to run a 17-19 tooth pinion but must be using the stock motor plate.
- Spur gears must be the Losi Metal 59 tooth spur, no lightweight spur gears will be allowed.
- Center driveshafts must be the stock drive shaft. No aluminum center shafts will be allowed at this time.
- Racers will be allowed to cut the center drive shaft cover to allow for easy disassembling during tech (it is the racers responsibility to now remove the cover in tech).
Axles
- We will allow steel front & rear drive axles for increased durability. The approved part numbers are LOS-1929, GRM288NCR, GRM288NCF, and EXO2320.
Kids Class
- For ages 5-9. If child has advanced skills, we will move them up to the regular class.
1RC Division Rules
Box Stock Class
- Cars must be complete cars with all bodywork, headers and driver figure.
- Cars must have a number on each side of the bodywork and on the roof.
- Only upgrade parts listed on the 1RC website are approved unless otherwise noted.
- No optional body parts are allowed other than what is offered by 1RC Racing.
- No changes can be made to the bodywork on the stock version car.
- All cars MUST be numbered on the top and both sides.
- All 4 tires on the vehicle must match the vehicle they are intended for. No mismatching other types of tires on cars.
- Traction compound is allowed but must be applied outside the building and must be odorless. No wet tires allowed on track, must do burnout on burnout carpet pad before hitting track.
All components must be the stock components. Below is the specified list of the main components:
Battery: 5 Cell (1RC7007)
ESC/Rx: 1RC7014
Servo: 1RC7020 or 1RC7017
Motor: Stock 8700kv w/12T Pinion (1RC7000)
Gears: Stock (1RC4000)

Raceday Schedule & Fees
Entry fee is $15 for your first class and then $5 for each additional class.
The standard racing format will feature practice, 2 rounds of qualifying heats, then the mains. Each events Raceday Sschedule will be posted on our Facebook page.
Transponder Requirements
You are REQUIRED to race a Trackmate Transponder. You can purchase them at the track for $40 or purchase online at www.trackmateracing.com.
